REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AUGUST 24, 2018 : PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL JACKIE . Welcome to GATHERING AT WALLOWA LAKE ! UCNOW joyfully invites you to attend our second Urantia community gathering in Joseph, Oregon located in the northeast corner of the state. We will gather at Wallowa Lake Camp, at the base of Mt. Chief Joseph in the Wallowa Mountains. The sparkling Wallowa River is adjacent to camp and the pristine Wallowa Lake is within one mile. Joseph is far from city lights, so star-filled skies will surround us at night. The entire camp is reserved for our gathering from September 6-9, 2018. Check-in time is 3:00 PM Thursday, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM Sunday. We are offering a variety of lodging options including some tent and RV sites. The camp is known for its sumptuous meals. Healthy, home-cooked food is served buffet style in the charming Bailey Lodge with indoor and outdoor seating. All costs include the registration fee, lodging and all meals (8 meals).

At the conclusion of your registration form, you may pay securely in full; or we will accept a 50% deposit. We will collect the remaining balance or provide full refunds minus registration fees until August 1, 2018.

There is a variety of bedding configurations in the one and two bedroom deluxe cabins. Each round cabin has log beds with handmade quilts, bedding, towels, private bathroom (no toiletries), shower, mini fridge/microwave, coffee pot (no coffee), dishes, carpeting, skylight, table w/chairs. Cooking is not allowed, only re-heating. Cabins are not properly vented for "cooking".

Each cabin type is explained below with each option. Most accommodations are set-up for a family, small group or to be shared with roommates. We will allow you to request roommates, and the rooms will be filled on a first come, first served basis. As a general rule, when there is a top bunk, we will aim to keep that bunk open unless otherwise requested or as needed.

We plan to fill the bunkhouses sparsely. The bunkhouses are all very nice as are their bathroom/shower rooms. Loon Lake and Tulley-Bolen was newly remodeled.
